Guilas had left the show to be replaced by the female tandem of Rida Reyes and Thea Gavino. Reyes soon left the newscast to be acquired by GMA Network, leaving Gavino as the sole anchor. Reyes was replaced by Atty. Zorah Andam until the later was replaced by the returning Joee Guilas in late 2010.
Former Express Balita anchors Jake Morales and Cathy Eigenmann replaced Guilas in July 2011. However, Jake Morales left the newscast several days later, leaving Eigenmann as its final anchor.
